Purchased a bathroom sink callback for a waste plug for the sink when received it did not fit the sink just a standard one I could’ve purchased anyway for less money disappointed

Found this company via the web search. Easy to navigate site clear details of products. Ordered some shower equipment all ins stock. Wanted goods to a site address due to size and found it easy to have a different delivery address to payment address which normally is not as easy. Phone call on the day of delivery and advised would be on site in 1 hour. Excellent well done

I would have given the BigBathroomShop 5 stars, only this was the first time that I had ordered anything from them, a combination basin and toilet suite, but the cistern was missing, I rang them and the missing item was soon rectified, saying that, I would still recommend the BigBathroomShop, and I will be shopping there again in the near future.
